Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Clean only with a damp cloth and air-dry to protect the internal mechanism.
• Not Machine Washable: Do not use a washing machine or dryer.
• Usage: Can be used lying down or sitting, depending on where you want the light patterns projected.
• Optimal Projection: For best results and maximum range, maintain a distance of 2.00 to 2.50 meters from the ceiling or wall.

Warranty Terms

• Condition: The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, accessories, and invoice or equivalent document, and within the offered warranty period.
• Shipping: The seller will cover transportation costs for returning the product to the service center and back to the customer.
• Response Time: The warranty process will be resolved within 30 business days from receipt of the product at the Authorized Service Center.

Important Notes:

• The warranty process initiation does not imply acceptance; it will be subject to technical review to determine if rejection applies.
• If the product is covered by the manufacturer's direct warranty, the customer must process it through the designated representative according to their policies.

Warranty Procedure

If the warranty is accepted:

1. The item will be repaired within 30 business days after receipt.
2. The warranty period will be suspended while the product is being repaired.
3. If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an identical one. If this is not possible, it will be replaced with a product of similar specifications.

If the warranty is rejected:

1. A written notification will be provided with the technical report and reasons for rejection.
2. The item will be returned to the address on the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Validity:

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receiving the package.

Condition:

• Products must be unused, with intact labels, in impeccable cleanliness, and with the box and accessories in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs:

• The customer will bear the shipping and insurance costs.
• Proper packaging must be ensured to protect the product and its box from damage during transit.
