2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and send it back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  4. Return Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return within 5–7 business days. You will receive a refund to the original payment method or an exchange, depending on your preference.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.


5. Late Returns

We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the delivery date. If the return is outside this window, we will be unable to process your request.


6. Late or Missing Returns

If you haven’t received your refund or exchange after 7 business days of returning your item:

7. Cancellation Policy
